(1) Product Description:

It is recommended for secondary feeding and can be used in the manufacture of rotational molding multi-layer products.

The foaming ratio can be adjusted according to the application product; generally, the ratio ranges from 3 to 8 times, and the density ranges from 0.12 to 0.30 (units: g/cm³, typically implied in foam material specs).

(2) Characteristics:

Reduces product weight and lowers costs.

Possesses properties such as noise reduction, sound absorption, filling and heat insulation, and enhanced crack resistance.

Bonds uniformly with polyethylene layers, with no delamination ever! Significantly improves the dimensional stability of products.

Suitable for manufacturing products with two-layer and multi-layer structures. The overall product weight is greatly reduced by 30%-80%, achieving weight reduction, cost reduction, and quality improvement.

(3) Usage Method:

Secondary Feeding: When producing multi-layer products, after the material added in the first feeding has just melted and adhered to the mold, all the foaming powder can be quickly added in the second feeding—this helps improve production efficiency.

The product’s foaming temperature range is 180–280°C. The foaming time takes approximately 5–20 minutes; the specific required foaming time is related to factors such as heating temperature, product thickness and shape, and mold heat transfer. Generally, the higher the temperature, the shorter the required foaming time.

After complete foaming, the foamed layer of the product will be white. If the foamed layer is still yellow, it indicates that foaming is incomplete. Possible reasons include insufficient processing temperature, or adequate temperature but insufficient processing time.

(5) Packaging, Storage and Transportation:

20 kg per package. The effective storage period is 12 months.Transport as ordinary chemicals. Store in a cool and well-ventilated place, and protect against fire and moisture.
