(1) Characteristics and Applications:

It possesses excellent low-temperature resistance and high-temperature resistance.It is widely used in various high-quality fuel tanks, high-temperature resistant water tanks, water heater inner tanks, ventilation pipes, and pipeline containers for storing and transporting oil-based chemical media.It can assist companies in developing new material products with special oil resistance and chemical solvent resistance, helping to build the core competitiveness of products.


(2) Usage Method:

It is recommended to first heat over a low flame at a temperature below 200°C, with a slow heating rate, and then continue heating until the temperature reaches above 230°C. Always follow the principle of slow roasting over a low flame.

Due to differences in wall thickness, size, and structure among different products, there will be slight variations in processing temperature and time. For each new type of product, it is advisable to explore and determine the processing parameters first.
